With improving economy, the bottom is here.  Washtenaw County’s unemployment rate slipped from 8.4 percent in September to 7.8 percent in October, DELEG reported.  That marks the lowest point since April 2009, when the rate stood at 7.6 percent.  Now we need to look carefully at what will happen to interest rates. For a $100,000 loan amount, a one percent increase in rate can affect the purchase power by $11,000. Now a 30-year mortgage rate is averaging 4.85%.  Talk to us about reputable lenders.  We don’t want you to have any surprises!
