Toth Team Worldwide Network of REALTORS® has welcomed a new CEO, Bill Baker, to lead the Ann Arbor Area team. Kathy Toth, founder and owner of Toth Team Worldwide Network, is pleased to see Baker fill the role. “Bill’s leadership skills and phenomenal real estate expertise made him the perfect CEO candidate,” says Toth. “His depth of experience and sales accomplishments make him uniquely qualified to expand our business.”

Baker is a native of Dundee, Michigan, who has over 30 years of sales experience. After following career opportunities to Wisconsin, Baker established a fast-rising real estate brokerage in Madison. His specialties include luxury homes, income properties and vacation homes, plus full residential real estate services. His market strategies are client-centric and proactive, and have generated over $400 million in sales. Baker’s success has made him one of the most respected real estate consultants within Keller Williams.
