We moved to Honey Creek Meadows for a number of reasons including; great neighbors, quiet location and sidewalks for long walks. There are friendly people that help each other out. The fire hydrants are drained in the summer, the kids love to play in the water.

There are plenty of great restaurants in the area. We recommend: Pinckney Pub, Pinckney Diner, Pinckney Bakery, China House, Riverside Pizza, Jet’s Pizza and Cap’n Frosty.

Groceries are near by too, Kroger and Busch’s are very convenient.

There were many things that drew us to this home. We like the country and being able to be in either Dexter or Chelsea in less than ten minutes. We also like the layout of our home and the neighborhood. We also have easy access to groceries with  Busch’s and Country Market very near by. Dexter has a “great school system” too.

Toth Team Worldwide Network of REALTORS® announced the addition of a new member, Trish Baldwin, to the Ann Arbor Area Real Estate Experts team. “Trish is an enthusiastic Realtor who really knows our area,” said CEO Kathy Toth. “Her knowledge and great attitude will serve our Ann Arbor Area clients well, and made her a great fit for our organization at Keller Williams.”

Trish Baldwin is originally from Canton and continues to serve clients in this community. She and her husband, Dave, now call Milan their home.
