Positive price improvements across the board with more listings and multiple offers being presented. The Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Real Estate Market is described as robust by our local board.  We are grateful for our positive housing recovery in Washtenaw County.  Here are some of the highlights below.

The year-to-date Average List Price is up 16% over last year with a year-to-date average list price of $254,260.
