The Red Brick Kitchen and Bar just recently opened in downtown Dexter, Michigan. This restaurant is a welcome addition to the local eating establishments in the Village of Dexter. Their 8 oz. hand-ground top sirloin burger served on a sliced bagel roll and not your typical hamburger bun was delicious. Imagine this – I chose what I wanted on my hamburger which included quite an extensive list of toppings. Excellent! Really was the best burger I have had in years. Perfectly prepared! Now you may say – that’s a lot of hullabaloo over a hamburger, and all I can say to you is, go order one and taste for yourself. You be the judge. Share it with a friend – an 8 oz burger is huge. I will be back to try the Cuban sandwich on my next visit and a friend of mine said she enjoyed the Salmon.
Whether you go for lunch or dinner, the menu pricing remains the same. The service was quick and courteous. The attire is casual so come and enjoy the food and/or a drink after work, shopping or a sporting event. This is a great place to go with friends when you don’t feel like cooking. The Red Brick Kitchen & Bar will have expanded outdoor seating when the weather warms up on the spacious deck out the back of the restaurant.
