When your dish arrives, you will see the creativity that Seva puts into every detail. While you wait for you meal, they have appetizers that will tease you. You could try their popular General Tso’s Cauliflower dish. This is made in a light tempura batter and fused with sweet chili sauce. Or you may want to try their very popular yam fries. You can get this with special mayo or vegan bbq sauce. If you are coming for lunch, their hours are 11:00am-3:00pm. You may want to try their Portabella or Tempeh burger.
A chargrilled portabella cap or a chargrilled tempeh patty is sandwiched with an organic toasted wheat bun. This delicious sandwich is also graced with tomato, lettuce and your choice of condiments and cheese. If you arrive around dinner time, you may want to try their enchiladas calabaza. This dish has butternut squash, green onions, chilies, spicy tomato sauce, and it is oozing with Monterrey jack cheese, cream cheese and cheddar.

This restaurant has received praise from local residents as well as travelers. Many agree that their food can be enjoyed by vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. One person that ate at Seva said they were able to bring their family from out of town here. Everyone was simply delighted with their meal. They were a mixed bunch with both meat eaters and vegetarians. Another happy Seva consumer raves about their selection of drinks available.
