Caroline comes to Kathy Toth & Team after twenty years of entrepreneurship and business experience. Her background as a successful sporting apparel business owner and entrepreneur coupled with her previous experience in advertising and marketing at her family’s business, Cliff Keen Athletic, has set Caroline up to succeed as a buyer representative.
“My background as a business owner and marketer has taught me so much about people’s purchasing behaviors and hesitations. I feel confident in my ability to help people feel at ease during the home buying process, and my knack for getting to the core of clients’ needs with the right questions to help prepare for a successful home search will also be beneficial to my role as a buyer representative,”
Caroline is a native of Ann Arbor and is extremely familiar with the Ann Arbor and surrounding area communities. She is a graduate of Michigan State University where she was a member of the golf team, but she also has strong ties to the University of Michigan where her grandfather, Cliff Keen, was a legendary wrestling and football coach. Caroline is currently a board member of Ann Arbor In Concert, a local performing arts organization. Caroline’s connections and local expertise will be advantageous for home buyers, particularly new home buyers and those moving to the Ann Arbor area.
