James B Gott’s neighborhood is a leafy tree lined suburban neighborhood that benefits being located right on the edge of Downtown Ann Arbor. Residents can easily walk into downtown, to UofM Central Campus and enjoy various local parks nearby, including Belize Park, a small neighborhood park of under half an acre. West Park is also nearby.
