We had looked at more than twenty homes in the price range and remained largely uninspired until we entered this one. Golfing is just beyond the backyard; we are surrounded by over fifty sparkling lakes-some within shouting distance; Michigan International Speedway is four minutes away; the Wolverines thirty minutes and the Tigers and Lions an hour distant! The Kayak rests on the Garage wall and we love our MIS Champion’s Club tickets!

The current Consumer’s Energy monthly Budget Plan (Natural gas and electric) is $245. Public Sewer and Allied Waste are about $30 each per month. Underground Comcast cable is installed in the subdivision.
