Our neighborhood has friendly neighbors, yard sales, a short walk to parks, downtown and local events. All this makes it a great neighborhood to live in.

Our favorite restaurants around Saline are: Brecon Grille, Dan’s Downtown, Mac’s Seafood, and Salt Springs Brewery.

There were many things that drew us to this home. The spacious back yard, convenient floor plan, original hardwood flooring, full basement with flex space, curb appeal, unique built-in shelving and up to date mechanicals. Saline is an excellent area to move to, with exemplary schools, a safe area, all with a small town feel, yet so close to Ann Arbor.

We enjoy having so many parks close by for recreational activities. Fun seasonal festivals where food, music and entertainment are abundant. Our year round farmer’s market offers locally made items and locally grown produce. The nearby fair grounds hosts a variety of events for all interests. The City of Ann Arbor is close by, with additional eateries and museums.

We have recently updated our home with a high efficiency heating and cooling system and moderns windows. Our combined gas and electric cost is an average of $125 per month.
