Our home is in an amazing centralized location of  Ann Arbor, it’s only a half mile walk to downtown, U of M Campus and the Big House! We are also conveniently located blocks from restaurants and shopping, near Washtenaw Dairy (ice cream), and right next to Wurster Park.

Our neighborhood is the Old West Side and is a great location for Michigan game day events.

Ann Arbor has a wide variety of restaurants we like The Prickly Pear, Jefferson Market & Cakery, and Anthony’s Gourmet Pizza! Grocery stores are abundant and close too, some of our favorites are: Trader Joe’s, Lucky’s Market, Whole Foods, Plum Market, Busch’s, Kroger, Meijer or Arbor Farms Market. We can walk to By the Pound right down the street or the Farmers Market!

There were many things that drew us to this home. The walk-in closets and a newer second story are great amenities. Two full bathrooms is a great find as well. The house has a new roof, put on at the end of 2015. The location of our home is prime. “Leave your car at home on your quiet street and walk mere steps to one of Michigan’s best and vibrant cities! And, Ann Arbor has the best schools.” Our home is a great value too, other homes in the neighborhood have sold for over $800k.

We enjoy walking to Ann Arbor restaurants, running through the Old West Side, attending U of M sporting events, going for ice cream at Washtenaw Dairy and Blank Slate Creamery.

Our home has city water, which at most we have paid $120 for two months. Our electric bill tops out around $300 in cold months, and is less in the summer.
