Walden Hills is a great community of 261 units constructed between 1968 and 1972 and managed by Walden and Kramer-Triad.

There are 103 units in phase one and 158 units in phase two.

The community is centrally located on the western side of Ann Arbor on a bus route with city water and sewer. A clubhouse, racquetball, sauna, weight room, indoor pool, beautiful landscaping and much, much more!
