Upland Green Condominiums

So Upland Green has had it’s problems throughout its development – what project hasn’t in its time!

This exciting development of units in Ann Arbor should not be sniffed at.

This development is located on 1771 Plymouth Rd. in Northeast Ann Arbor 48105 adjacent to the University of Michigan North Campus and will in total contain 20 units and 30,000 square feet of space.

The development will kick off with the opening of two new restaurants -Qdoba Mexican Grill and Panera Bread.

When we last wrote about the development in 2008, the project was 70% complete and had condo prices ranging from $125,000 to $325,000 and square feet from 442 to 1581.
