Twin Islands at Stonebridge Condominiums

Twin Islands Condominiums at Stonebridge is the second newest neighborhood in Stonebridge just south of Ann Arbor. This community contains 17 units constructed 10 years ago back in 2000.

These homes are luxury detached golf course condos with eight of the units on a pond with views of the 17th hole. Four are on the golf course and five back on to beautiful woodland.

Many of these units have great views as well as nice sunny south and western exposure. Noise is always a concern when buying a home – not here! Units are located in a cul-de-sac with no thru traffic!

Residents pay Pittsfield Taxes and children attend Saline Schools. There is an active association called Twin Islands Association; annual dues are $310.00. Water and sewer are provided for Stonebridge homes and condos.

Stonebridge is located on the South Side of Ann Arbor at the intersection of Lohr and Ellsworth Roads in Pittsfield Township, Washtenaw County. The 711 unit sites that make up the eleven communities of Stonebridge are situated on 655 acres. Each community has its own by-laws and guidelines and may charge its own dues.
