The Village Condominiums
Formerly The Village CoOp Condominiums, now Pittsfield Village condos are a fantastic community. Built back in 1945, this collection of 422 older homes are located on the southeast side of Ann Arbor. The Vintage units are known to long-time Ann Arbor residents as Pittsfield Village and is a true village within a city.
Units are very affordable and come in one and two bedroom townhouse varieties. They were constructed on 64 acres east of Platt Road between Washtenaw and Packard. The community surrounds Pittsfield elementary school.

Ann Arbor is a great place to live – convenient to Detroit Metro Airport, which is approximately a 30 minute drive from Ann Arbor. If you prefer a trip on the train use the Amtrak Station off Depot Street.
