The Ravines

Ravines was constructed by Wexford Homes between 1998 and 2000 and consists of 101 gorgeous homes. The Ravines Subdivision is located on the southwest side of Ann Arbor in beautiful Scio Township and doesn’t just contain homes but also acres of nature preserves, a large park, sport fields and more all set against a secluded wooded backdrop.

Homes range in size from 1400 to 2300 square feet across 7 floorplans and contain high end interiors and low maintenance exteriors.

Residents pay lower Scio Township taxes but benefit from city water & utilities and by sending their children to Ann Arbor Schools.

Ravines has an active homeowners association with fees ranging between $300 and $350.

Located in popular Ann Arbor and offers great access to the expressway to get to Detroit or beyond quickly. A hop skip and a jump away is Zingerman’s Deli, Kerrytown, Kerrytown Farmers Market, U of M campus, Medical Center and University of Michigan football games.
