Sunward CoHousing

Located just outside Ann Arbor proper, this delightful community offers fantastic low maintenance and convenient living at its best. In addition to Sunward, there are three other cohousing communities available: Great Oak, Little Lake, & Touchstone.

This touchstone community is friendly, green, healthy and offers a chemical free environment. The common house includes a large community kitchen and dining area.

Definitely, a great place to live – close to all the amenities that Ann Arbor offers but being just outside of the city in a semi-rural environment.

The community offers city water, games room, playground and is on a bus route. Constructed back in 1998, there are Association fees paid monthly.

Parents will be happy to know that children attend award-winning Ann Arbor schools. Tour inside schools. Residents pay Ann Arbor taxes.

Sunward CoHousing Units are located in popular west side of Ann Arbor and offers great access to the expressway to get to Detroit or beyond quickly. A hop skip and a jump away is Zingerman’s Deli, Kerrytown, Kerrytown Farmers Market, U of M campus, and Medical Center. Jog to Veteran’s Park for baseball, sledding, swimming, Westgate Mall & Plum Market.

Ann Arbor is a great place to live – convenient for all, including the metro airport, which is around 30 minutes away!
