Pine Brae Estates is located on the east side of Ann Arbor. Pine Brae Estates is a small 28 Unit neighborhood development of single-family homes just off Earhart Road. The homes in Pine Brae Estate were built in 2 different time frames. The first home built from 1950 through 1975 and another group of modern homes built from 1998-2000.
