Pauline Acres Neighborhood
While it definitely has a unique name for a community this community located in south-west Ann Arbor is a great place to live and offers convenient Ann Arbor living.
Pauline Acres is located between Seventh Street and Stadium off of Pauline right alongside Fritz Park. This neighborhood comprises of mostly 1950’s brick built ranch homes which range in size from around 1000 square feet to over 2,500 square feet. Homes here range in price from the $150’s to over $350,000.
Which being located close to the center of Ann Arbor is definitely maintains a leafy suburban feel. This is enhanced by Fritz Park which contains a play area, picnic shelter, picnic tables and grills – definitely a great place for the community to gather for events or to relax on a sunny afternoon. The park connects the neighborhood to Eberwhite School and Nature Area which offers a nice walk through the woods and another place to enjoy the outdoors, Zion Park is even right next door!

Ann Arbor offers great access to the expressway to get to Detroit or beyond quickly. A hop skip and a jump away is Zingerman’s Deli, Kerrytown, Kerrytown Farmers Market, Briarwood Mall, U of M campus, Medical Center and University of Michigan football games. Drive to Veteran’s Park for figure or hockey skating, baseball, sledding, swimming, or enjoy fresh produce at Plum Market. For some specialty items be sure to visit nearby Morgan and York with video.
