Northbury Condominiums is a development of spacious condominiums in a park like setting on Ann Arbor’s popular northeast side, off Nixon Rd, between Huron Parkway and Green Rd.

Constructed back between 1975 and 1981, this collection of 116 townhome units in a range of three to five bedroom varieties offer spacious, contemporary living – floorplans range from 1436 – 3075 square feet. Styles are ranch and 2 stories. They have attached garages and some have natural finished redwood cathedral ceilings and finished walkout basements. Many Northbury Condos have balconies, central air-conditioning, in-suite laundry, 40-gallon hot water heater, 6-panel interior doors, insulated exterior door, Delta faucets, insulated windows, stainless steel kitchen sink. Northbury Association Information – Monthly association fee of $415 covers major expenditures including maintenance of the building exteriors – painting and cedar siding replacement. Flat roof area replaced as routine maintenance in 2000 and pitched roof was replaced in 1980’s. Additional coverage for foundation concerns, landscaping (flower beds, lawn care, pruning, replacement of trees and shrubs), garage door replacements, road and sidewalk maintenance including snow removal; cable television (basic); as well as gutter cleaning, pest control; maintenance of street lighting; administration and account audits; property and liability insurance.
