North Sky Condominiums

North Sky Condominiums is a $70 million community that is to be built.
Its creators are dedicted to creating an interesting neighborhood from an architectural standapoint that is environmentally respectful, contains unique homes, has public gathering spaces and integrates a diverse community of people.

As old news sources state, the North Sky neighborhood plans to add 36 mid range condos to the development as part of the whole 240 home project. There would be 14 additional cottage style homes along with the condos on 31.5 acres. This is an increase to the development from the original plans to build 182 homes on 27 acres.

“North Sky will honor the history of its place and enrich and enliven the Ann Arbor

community” – North Sky has been marketed as a traditional residential development, with front porches, yards and a host of different styles that hard back to a bygone era.

Condos are expected to be priced between $200,000 – $500,000.

Located in popular Ann Arbor and offers great access to the expressway to get to Detroit or beyond quickly. A hop skip and a jump away is Zingerman’s Deli, Kerrytown, Kerrytown Farmers Market, U of M campus, and Medical Center. Jog to Veteran’s Park for baseball, sledding, swimming, Westgate Mall & Plum Market.
