The luxurious newer homes, which sprawl from around 1,500 to just under 4,000 square feet, can accommodate all family sizes. The steep-pitched roofs with premium dimensional shingles create structure while wood, brick and stone exteriors present solid facades. Each of your kids can finally have their own space with ample bedrooms. Such large lot sizes are a rarity so close to the downtown area, but these acreages leave plenty of space for children to play and gardeners to grow whatever they like.
