This community of 105 homes is on the southern side of Ann Arbor and was constructed by a partnership of builders, Wexford Homes, Lake Forest Partners and Johnson Building Group between 1995 and 1999.

Lake Forest Highlands subdivision is convenient for all that the Ann Arbor metro area has to offer but also offers a quiet, almost rural lifestyle. Its residents enjoy a high quality of life as the community is located near to grocery, retail, restaurants, golf courses and more!
