Killins Lakeview Neighborhood
Are you looking for a quaint and charming home in a small historic Ann Arbor street? If the answer is yes, then you need to look at Killins Lakeview in western Ann Arbor!
Killins Lakeview is a small community of homes located on the western side of Ann Arbor by W. Liberty and Wagner Roads, just a short drive to I-94 and downtown Ann Arbor. Surrounded by beautiful woodland Killins Lakeview is a secluded street which offers a distinctly private feel yet being just moments away from the hustle and bustle of the metro Ann Arbor area.
The community borders Second Sister Lake as well as Dolph Park, most homes, therefore, have wooded park or lake views as well as lake access. These charming homes were mostly built between 1925 and 1940 and are very unique in design and character. Homes range from the low 700’s square feet to over 1900 square feet. A property here can have 2-4 bedroom, 1 – 3+ bathrooms, full or partial basements and some homes having 1-2.5 car garages, which is unusual for older homes.
Living here means that residents benefit from low Scio Township taxes while parents send their children to acclaimed Ann Arbor schools: Lakewood Elementary, Forsythe Middle, Pioneer High and Skyline High
