Golden Acres Neighborhood

Golden Acres is an established neighborhood right in the heart of Saline Michigan, only around the corner from Crestwood Knolls we recently wrote about! Golden Acres is just tucked away off on Canterbury Drive in Saline, Michigan. This neatly presented traditional community of single family homes was constructed back between 1951 and 1962 offers homes with various floor plans of between 1000 and 1600 square feet with two to four bedrooms on decently sized residential lots. Some homes in Golden Acres feature spacious garages while all have large drives with parking for at least two cars. Golden Acres is affordable, convenient Saline living at it’s best with downtown Saline being just around the corner and the Ann Arbor metro area being just a short drive away and accessible within minutes.

Living in Golden Acres means that you are not only located within the City of Saline and enjoy City services but that you also back onto the pretty City run Park called Canterbury Park.  This four-acre park has pretty picnic areas, a large open area perfect for kids to play in and a small play area.

Parents will be delighted to know that their children will attend acclaimed Saline Schools like Pleasant Ridge Elementary (which is walking distance at the end of the street!), Saline Middle & Saline High School.
