Country French Estates is an exclusive community, construction started in 1998 by Delcor Home Builders and the subdivision is located on the Westside of Ann Arbor off of Zeeb Road in popular Scio Township. There are 258 homesites in the community which is surrounded by 40 acres of natural preserve.
The properties are built in a traditional European style and each of the seven home models is named after a type of wine – for instance: Chardonney, Melot, Capernai, Champagne, Bordeaux, and Chablis. The community contains a “town square” as well as many amenities including a Community Park, gazebo, Soccer fields, walking trails, ponds and fountains.
The properties are luxurious and well appointed. With many upgrades including often vaulted and 9′ ceilings. The size of the models ranges from 1500 to 2900 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5 – 3.5 baths.
The community is ideally located for workers with direct access to I-94 and minutes to to downtown Ann Arbor. Further afield it is easy commuting distance to Detroit or Toledo.
