Arbor’s north east side. They are located close to shopping, restaurants, highways and the north campus of U-M. Being so convenient it is no wonder that the development is located on the bus line.

This larger community of 425 units, with a community pool with prices currently ranging from $135,000 to $185,000 was constructed back between 1970 and 1982 by Bert L. Smoker & Company and offers a wide range of floorplans across mainly 2 story townhomes – with a few ranches mixed in!

Residents benefit from their own designated parking spots with open guest parking – some residents are lucky enough to have attached garages!

In addition to the community in ground pool the development also features numerous playgrounds as well as a a party area AND a clubhouse with exercise facility.

All in all a great place to live, work and play here in Ann Arbor! If you have time to escape, come to explore The Cube or take a break at many of our restaurants, including my fave – Zingermans.

Pets are allowed within limits, parents send their children to acclaimed Ann Arbor Schools and residents pay Ann Arbor taxes. Monthly association fees are a very reasonable range of $126-$185 and includes exterior maintenance and snow removal.
