Most exteriors are brick, wood, or vinyl, with attached garages and were built from 1976 through 1980 with 1 acre sites serviced by well and septic, making this a country neighborhood where neighbors have privacy. Carriage Hills Sudivision homes have street names include Horseshoe Bend, Horseshoe Ct., Carriage Lane, Chestnut Circle, Cutter Ct., Daisy Lane, Foxway Ct., Spring Hollow Ct., and Timber Hill Court. The land is rolling with mature trees and landscaping.
