How did it get such an unusual name? Well, Crooked Stick is named after a delightful Indiana golf course which hosted the 2009 Senior’s U.S. Open! This neighborhood is composed of 12 detached and 2 attached condominium units overlooking the 1st, 9th and 18th fairways. Most of the units enjoy peace and quiet as well as the stunning views over the golf course and Rouse Creek.

This community is self managed and no maintenance company is used. Current monthly maintenance fees of $255.00 provide most exterior painting, roof replacement, lawn and most tree / shrub maintenance, annual bed mulching, driveway snow plowing and sidewalk / porch shoveling, and annual driveway resealing.
