COMING SOON Pre-Marketing for Ann Arbor Area Homes
Instead of throwing a sign up, putting the property information in the multiple listing service systems (“MLS”) of Ann Arbor Area Board of REALTORS and just waiting for another agent to bring a buyer (hopefully), we like to pre market our homes to our database of nearly 4,000 buyers, area REALTORS© and our global network of brokers. By pre-marketing your home our goal is to create a flurry of interest, as people (and agents) usually want what they can’t have. Also, this is a great way to go ahead and get the word out about your property before you’re ready to put a lock box on the door. This gives many of our sellers time to tidy up, de-clutter and get ready to have their house show ready.
Also, this pre marketing period (usually 7 to 30 days) is a great time for us to conduct our seller video, create marketing pieces, appraise the value of the home, create the audio scripts for our interactive voice response system, get a home inspection and more.
