Our Story
We started developing the brand when the consumers were asking for The Toth Team by name. With a Masters in Business Administration and a marketing and computer background we embraced the newest technology to provide a new level of exposure for our Ann Arbor area clients. As one of the first real estate teams to utilize advanced software, we built on our capability to match buyers with their dream homes — and to this dayt benefits our clients who were selling their property. As a result, our team grew to its present size.
Kathy, also, does not cut corners when it comes to marketing he Kathy Toth and Team Brand. For 12 years she has been on the radio with 102.9 W4 Country reaching out to more than 250,000 listeners each day. She has written books, and continues writing about current real estate topics. The Toth Team is the preferred agent for the University of Michigan’s Athletic Department, routinely responsible for introducing new coaches to the Ann Arbor lifestyle and community. Kathy has been a guest judge for the popular talen competitions including Country Idol. Kathy has appeared on HGTV’s House Hunters twice.
We, also, publicly support charity programs and community events such as Toys for Tots, and fundraising for Cancer Research at The University of Michigan. Kathy Toth and the entire Toth Team are dedicated to the real estate profession and to the community where they live. Ann Arbor is an exciting, vibrant, active cultural community.
